HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

The team is very quick at processing orders to make sure they get delivered to you as soon as possible, so we cannot always guarantee that we can change or cancel you order after it is placed. That said, you may change your order as much as you want before you click 'Checkout'.

Any order cancellations are subject to a 3% transaction fee, as charged by our payment processor.

I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE. CAN I STILL HAVE IT APPLIED?

We know these things happen. The great news is that you can use your code for your next order. Orders that have been charged are final and we cannot retroactively apply discounts. 

 

I KEEP GETTING ERRORS WITH MY PAYMENT. WHAT CAN I DO?

In these cases, please try the following: 

1. Contact your issuing back as they may be blocking the transaction. Some banks prohibit cross-border transactions or your limit may be insufficient.

2. Kindly ensure that the shipping address is the same as the billing address. In the case that you need the shipping address to be different from the billing address, kindly contact us after confirming your order so we can manually change it. 

3. There may be issues with the volume of transactions or your connection. Kindly try again after some time. 

4. When all else fails, kindly register for a PayPal account and proceed with your transaction with your account.

 

IS IT SAFE TO ORDER FROM YOUR ONLINE STORE?

We'll take your money -- by offering you great quality wear! Kidding aside, yes, purchasing from our online store is extremely safe and secure. Our website uses Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe internet transmission of your personal information. We do not store your credit card details nor do we share your personally identifiable information with any third party. Our payment options are also secured by PayPal.

 

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

We offer a variety of payment options. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express cards through our integrated PayPal Checkout. We also take store credit in the form of e-gift cards. 

We're constantly working in order to enable and offer more payment options in the future. We'll be sure to update these as soon as it is possible. 

 

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY USUALLY TAKE?

Home Delivery 

Metro Manila, Rizal, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna - 1-3 working days

Rest of Luzon - 5-8 working days 

Visayas - 8-10 working days

Mindanao - 10-12 working days

We can only provide estimates, but more detailed information may be viewed on your order status once the item have been shipped. We will allocate additional days of cases of unforeseen events such as natural calamities. 

 

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

Yes. For home delivery, as long as the person appointed or authorized to receive the delivery package at your nominated address has a signed authorized letter and your actual valid ID, he or she may receive the delivery on your behalf. 

 

DOES BONNER OFFER FREE RETURNS?

We offer FREE returns for PH customers. PH customers can choose to send their return back to our warehouse via courier. Please note that all returns are refunded via bank transfer or cash.

For orders outside of the Philippines, all return fees are shouldered by the customer. The customer will be responsible for shipping, duties and taxes. Given this, please declare minimum value for returned parcels. We reserve the right to refuse a return that has unpaid duties and taxes being charged to us.
